ICE CREAM SOCIAL

We had a lot of fun at our Back To School Ice Cream Social on August 13, 2024! It was fun to meet new musicians!

STRING FLING

Our annual String Fling was held on Friday October 25 at Patricia Allyn Park! It was a wonderful evening of food and fellowship and fun!

Restaurant Nights!

Throughout the year, the SOA schedules several restaurant nights! In the past we have dined at Dewey's, City BBQ, Elsa's, and more! 

Essay Contest

The Springboro Orchestra Association holds an essay contest each year! The students are awarded cash prizes that they can use towards anything music related! Congratulations to the 2024 winners!

⭐️6th grade: Annette Thomas - winner of $200 grant

⭐️7th & 8th grade: Kendall Rogers - winner of $200 grant

⭐️9th, 10th & 11th grade (2 winners) - Owen Welch and Summer Smith, both winners of $200 grant

12th grade
🥇1st place - Henry Klasing, winner of $500 scholarship

🥈2nd place - Alexis Summe, winner of $250 scholarship

🥉Honorable Mention (tied) - Belle Atkins and Gavin Smith, both winners of $100 scholarships
